Here are some things to make your first visit to Gospel Center a bit easier...
WHERE TO PARK:
When you arrive at the Gospel Center, please use our visitor parking spaces on the right hand side of the parking lot directly across from the main entrance. If these spaces are already filled, then please feel free to park anywhere. We also have plenty of handicap-accessible parking near the entrance. You are our honored guests!
WHICH ENTRANCE TO USE:
Please enter the church through the left-side double doors under the carport at the main entrance. There you will be met by one of our friendly greeters who will be glad to answer any questions you may have about our church and to help you in any way possible.
WHERE TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN:
Jesus loves children and so do we! Your children are always welcome to stay with you in the worship service. However, we also have classes for all ages where your children can learn on their level while you enjoy the adult service! Our staffed nursery is a safe place to leave your newborn or toddler during any of our worship services. If you are visiting during our 10:00am Sunday Service, we offer Sunday School for 3 years old through 5th grade. During our 6:30pm Sunday Evening service, we offer the AWANA Children's program for 3 years old through 5th grade and Youth Group for your Middle and High school students. We want our Wednesday Prayer Meeting to be a family-type gathering.
WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR:
At Gospel Center, we DO NOT have a dress code. Some folks will be wearing suits and ties and "Sunday best". Some will be dressed more casually. We believe that if you'll come to the church as you are, you'll feel comfortable among our folks no matter what style you choose to wear.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC WILL THERE BE:
We thoroughly enjoy music! We like the old hymns as well as more modern music. We often have choir presentations as well as instrumentals. There will most likely be specials performed by many of our talented folks. Be prepared for a variety-mix of music.
WILL YOU BE EXPECTED TO GIVE MONEY:
At some point during each service there will be a free-will offering recieved. PLEASE don't feel obligated to give anything. You may if you would like, but it's certainly not expected. We believe giving is an act of worship wherein those who have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, give regularly and generously in response to God’s gracious gifts. Any funds recieved are used to minister to and share the gospel with folks within the community and across the world.
